• The Centre provides one-stop vocational rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities.
  Through work training, employment counselling, vocational skills training, supported employment service and employment support, the Centre assists service users in developing work abilities, social skills and work potential, preparing them for suitable vocational training
  or open employment.

• Persons with disabilities aged 15 or above who require support and vocational rehabilitation services, including persons with mild intellectual disabilities and persons in mental recovery;
  who are in good health with no infectious disease; are mentally stable with no serious disruptive or disturbing behaviour; have work motivation and appropriate work ability; and possess basic self-care ability.

• Vocational rehabilitation assessments are conducted to formulate person-centred individual rehabilitation plans, which are reviewed regularly.
  
  

• Centre-based vocational skills training, including simple processing, packaging and handicrafts, is provided. With “Green & Art” as its main training concept, the Centre integrates green ideas, artistic creativity and personal development, and provides diversified training opportunities according to service users’ interests, abilities and training needs.

• The Centre is equipped with a work training area, multi-purpose activity room, nursing room, meeting room and pantry to support vocational training, group activities, individual support and daily service needs.

• Free of charge

• Applications may be made through referrals by school social workers, medical social workers, family caseworkers or staff members of rehabilitation service units to the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services of the Social Welfare Department.
  
  
• Referrers or applicants may also apply directly to the service unit, applicable to Supported Employment Service only.
  
  
• Fee: Free of charge

• Service users and the service unit may apply for withdrawal from service according to individual needs, or arrange referral to other more suitable services. Detailed information on application and withdrawal procedures is available at the Centre. Please contact staff for enquiries.
